I already have access to resume databases. Why should I use Recruiter Rescue? Recruiter Rescue is intended to save you time and money. Our dedicated resources can produce qualified candidates quickly, which can allow you to focus on other aspects of your job. You should utilize Recruiter Rescue if your time and focus can be better utilized in other aspects of your job.
How does Recruiter Rescue conduct their searches? At Recruiter Rescue we use human beings – not software. Our trained specialists utilize the latest searching techniques and stay up-to-date on how to get the most out of searching for candidates on the Internet.
What does “searchable criteria” mean? Searchable criteria means criteria that can be definitively found on a resume or profile such as a sales experience or MCSE Certification, which are not subjective. Good communication skills may be found on a resume but are subjective. Listing "good communication skills" as a searchable criteria would not only open your search up to just about every resume posted online it would be hard to verify the criteria until the phone screen or interview stage.
How will I receive my resumes? You will receive resumes via e-mail unless you specify that you’d like them delivered another way. We will send them in text only format for easy upload into your ATS, HRIS, or any other system. Each resume will be sent as a separate attachment unless you specify you’d like them aggregated into one document. Need them in another format? Just ask us and we’ll see what we can do.
Do I receive my resumes all at once? No. Each one of our Search & Rescue solutions delivers you multiple batches of resumes in different increments depending on the solution. Please visit the solutions page for exact details. If you would like to change the delivery increments or have a special request, just ask and we’ll see what we can do.
How many resumes will I receive? Search & Rescue is focused on quality and not quantity. Our solutions are meant to save you time by targeting the right candidates based on your search criteria. With that said, there are no maximum number of resumes you will receive with our solutions except for the first batch of resumes in our Search & Rescue 4 Hour solution which is limited to 10 resumes in the first batch with no limit thereafter.
What if I’m not satisfied with the candidates? Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Recruiter Rescue. We guarantee that our resumes meet the 5 criteria you selected. With that said, if you are not satisfied for any reason, your next search is on us.
What if you can’t find any candidates that meet my 5 criteria? In these rare cases our specialists will work with you to try and broaden your search criteria. If that doesn’t work or meet your needs, we’ll allow you to transfer your search to another position in the future.
